Liquidity has rebranded to set a new benchmark for confidence and adaptability in private credit, reflecting our commitment to propel visionary companies through shifting financial currents with market-leading precision and pace.

Our new identity is a reflection of that belief: fluid yet grounded, designed to propel our portfolio companies forward as they set out to reshape their industries.

At its heart, our rebrand is about the feeling we want to create for the innovators we work with. Private credit can sometimes feel rigid, inaccessible even. We want it to feel different: adaptive, empowering and full of possibility.

Our new brand system was built around a single idea: forward momentum. Every element tells that story. Guided by the brand idea "Change The Current," the new identity reflects our purpose of propelling our partners through changing financial landscapes.

The wordmark is refined but dynamic, balancing strength with agility. The colour palette radiates energy while remaining steady and confident, standing as a beacon of assurance in uncertain times.

We didn’t want to copy the familiar tones of finance. We wanted to design something that matches how our portfolio companies feel when they work with Liquidity: supported and empowered to take on bigger opportunities.

This rebrand announces our expansion into new markets, reflecting how we are unrestrained by geography or sector. Spanning 35 countries across North America to Europe, APAC to MENA, our focus has grown to support visionary growth and mid-market companies operating in 45+ verticals, deploying $multibillion in capital with one goal: to help pioneering entrepreneurs move further, faster.

We know that growth doesn’t look the same everywhere, and neither should capital. That’s why we wanted our brand to reflect how we design tailored financing: as adaptive as the companies we serve, built for momentum.
