Originally from Moscow, Olga specializes in various types of financing, financial services regulation, corporate law, and high-value commercial transactions. Before joining Liquidity, she worked in the Banking & Finance practice of a global US law firm, representing lenders and borrowers in large-scale financing projects. She later deepened her focus on the financial services industry as an in-house legal counsel for a multinational fintech startup.
