Behind the pixels: Building our new digital home

Our website redesign wasn't at all about giving our site a new coat of paint: it was about rethinking how we tell our story, how we connect with our users and how we reflect the cutting-edge technology we’re building.

To give you a peek behind the curtain, we sat down with Matt, our Director of Brand & Creative, to talk about the "aha" moments, the hurdles and the completely reinvented process behind our new digital front door.

Adding movement and heart

When our new business strategy was finalised, Matt and the Marketing team knew immediately that a tech company shouldn't have a static website. We needed animation, energy and movement to truly reflect the dynamic nature of what we do.

But even more importantly, Matt wanted to shine a spotlight on the people behind the screen. "Our team is building something genuinely new and incredibly complex for our users," Matt explains.

To capture this, he anchored the new homepage with a hero video that puts our people front and centre. It’s an immediate reminder that while our products are driven by advanced technology, they are built by real people.

Walking the walk: Built by AI

Because we are placing our technology in the spotlight, it only made sense to let AI help us build our new home. Instead of relying on a traditional CMS or off-the-shelf platform (we used WebFlow for previous versions of our website), Matt transitioned to a custom-coded AI agent system.

While that might sound highly technical, the result is beautifully simple: it gives us total control over the end product. “This new backend allows our team to move faster, make seamless updates on the fly and stay incredibly agile as our business continues to evolve” says Matt.

Translating complexity into clarity

One of the core goals of the new website was guiding users through our business model without overwhelming them. According to Matt, the new homepage executes this journey perfectly.

“When you land on the site, you see our people first. From there, you are guided through a series of custom-designed diagrams that visually unpack the complex layers of technology we build, before finally introducing the specific solutions we offer.”

Getting those diagrams right was actually one of the project's biggest challenges. "Turning complex messages into visuals that are easy to understand is hard," Matt notes. The creative and technical teams spent a lot of time passing drafts back and forth, iterating until the diagrams were both technically accurate and visually intuitive for any reader.

Showtime without downtime

No major launch comes without its hurdles. Faced with tight timelines, Matt adopted a smart, phased approach, focusing initial energy on perfecting the main pages before building out the rest of the site.

The final boss of the project was the launch itself: migrating to an entirely new platform with absolutely zero downtime. Thanks to careful planning, rigorous testing and some heavy lifting by Doron and our IT team of wizards, the switch was flipped without a hitch.

“It tells our story, showcases our talented team and proves our capabilities from the code up” Matt muses. Take a look around, explore and let us know what you think!

Kudos

Massive applause to Matt for leading the project and translating a complex business vision into a sleek digital experience. Also, well done to Parisa and Dhruv for their sharp text direction, Jadan for the video production and the Product and IT teams for their vital support in bringing it all together. 👏
